How It Works

2. Our artist will select the ceramic shape that most closely matches your pet.
3. The figurine will be hand-painted based on your pet’s colours and markings.
4. Once completed, it will be carefully packed and shipped to you.

For the best result, please upload clear, well-lit photos showing:

• A front view of your pet’s face
• Both sides of your pet
• Their coat colours and markings
• Any unique features you would like us to include

Photos taken in natural light without filters are recommended.

Production Time

As every figurine is individually customised and hand-painted, production times may vary and cannot always be guaranteed.

The completion time may depend on the level of detail, order volume and the artist’s production schedule. We will always do our best to complete your order as soon as possible.

Please allow extra time when ordering for a birthday, anniversary or special occasion.

The ceramic shape is selected from our existing base models. Our artist will choose the closest available match, but the body shape and facial structure may not be an exact replica of your pet.

As this item is made specifically for you, personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check your uploaded photos and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
